Saturn Electronics Corporation, bare printed circuit board manufacturer, has remained debt-free since its inception in 1985.
SEC’s Core Philosophy
Saturn’s core philosophy is to run aggressively when it comes to technology investments, customer service, and plant upgrades. However, we are extremely conservative from a financial standpoint. The standard schools of thought regarding optimum capital structure do not apply as our number one priority is to keep SEC healthy before paying out shareholders’ dividends.
We keep not only our bank debt at a zero balance, but also pay our Accounts Payable balance to zero on the 15th and 30th of each month. This brings us excellent supplier relationships with the largest suppliers in our industry. Furthermore, it directly aligns our interests with those suppliers, allowing us limitless access to the best technical sources in the industry.
